We accept Visa and Mastercard – a 2% service fee surcharge applies.
Tours with a duration of less than 5 days and all training courses must be paid in full at the time of booking, for all other tours a 25% deposit is payable with your booking and full payment must be made no later than 21 days prior to departure of a tour.
Gift certificates will not be accepted after the expiry date printed on the certificate.
Booked dates for a tour or training session are non-transferable except at the sole discretion of Aussie offRoad Experience, and if such changes are consented to by the Company, the customer must choose another date out of the company calendar for another tour or training session within a 3 months period. No further changes will be accepted nor will refunds be granted. Any fees paid are non-refundable.
Clients must have a current drivers licence and all vehicles used by clients must be in sound mechanical conditions.
Aussie offRoad Experience reserves the rights to cancel and/or amend tour and/or components of tours or utilise associated tour operators as required without notice. Changes will only be made if we consider that adverse weather and/or other conditions would jeopardise the health and safety of our clients.
Aussie offRoad Experience does not accept responsibility for loss and/or damage to any property, repairs or recovery costs. For tour components not operated by Aussie offRoad Experience cannot and does not take responsibility for any loss or injury arising in any manner.
Itineraries may be subject to change due to weather and road conditions. Whilst every endeavour will be made to keep the arrival/departure times given in the itinerary, no guarantee will be made that these will be kept. The operator will not be liable for any costs incurred through failure to connect with any other service. Any personal expenses incurred by the tour participant as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour whether caused by weather conditions, mechanical defects or any other causes are the responsibility of the tour participant.
The operator shall not in any circumstance be held liable or accept responsibility for any loss, acts, omissions, defaults, accident, misdeception, delay, failure or expense on the part of the transport companies, hotel/motel contractors and the like who may provide you with services and facilities at the request of the operator.
